Our first Autumn
BOOTYCAMP is starting
in September.

Time to get back to
exercise following the
summer holidays & focus
on toning and shaping
our booty’s once again!

Come along and set yourself
up for day, join us at our lovely
venue where you will feel
amazing after every session.
Not only that, you will get to meet others who love to exercise and you will feel fitter in just 4 weeks. You might even enjoy yourself so much that you continue with us in to the next one.

We focus on cardio fitness, strength, flexibility and balance in our sessions. As always my challenge to you is to make sure you attend as many sessions as you can, then do a little more at home, make any changes required to your diet for the duration of the camp and you will see results.

The key is to remain focused and motivated. Getting up to workout early in morning is a tough call especially as the mornings start to get darker and nippier. So be sure of your reasons for joining us, write down your goals, set your alarm, get your kit together and prepare to work hard!

Need to Know's…

To reserve your place please send your payment together with the attached PARQ prior to the start of the camp. Cheques should be made payable to Colette Pienaar. Please send to 47 Alexandra Drive, Surbiton, KT5 9AD, or give it all to me on the first day of camp.

Venue:
St Mary’s Community Hall, Church Road, Long Ditton, KT6 5HH.

Start Dates & Times:
07/09/09, every Monday & Wednesday - 6:15-7:15am (please note, there has been a start time change)

Cost:
£8 per session, £64 for each camp.

Equipment:
You will need to bring with you an exercise mat, a towel, water, a set of hand weights (approx 2-5kg), a resistance band, bags of motivation and the most important thing… a sense of humour!
